Introducing holistic postpartum maternal care.
Experience the joy of new motherhood (and motherhood again) with modern postpartum doula support, pre-natal education and planning, and glimmers of healing elements sprinkled throughout.
What is a postpartum doula?
Traditionally, postpartum doulas help during pregnancy (education/planning) and after baby arrives. I can do things like serve you tea (and snacks and meals), hold the baby while you take a shower, assist with breastfeeding, run errands, do light housework and laundry, or be an extra hand until a partner comes home for the evening.
Overnight postpartum doula services with sleep and breastfeeding support are also available on select nights.
How are you feeling?
The transition to motherhood is an exciting one.
It also comes with a mix of beautiful and tender moments that need the most support to best enable a nurturing, loving, and peaceful environment.
My name is Gretchen Neely, and I consider it a privilege to offer mother-centered care surrounding this sacred time.
I hold space for the mother to heal with nourishing food and herbs, de-brief, sleep, or whatever her body tells her she needs. Whether it is during pregnancy, immediately after birth, or at any maternal stage; mothers, babies, and families benefit from this safe cocoon.
I can guide you to achieve different kinds of rest as you experience this journey.
